Welcome to Casa Avina Bliss, our lovely little spot in sunny Los Alcázares. A place where everything comes together for us: sunshine, tranquillity, beautiful surroundings, a cosy atmosphere and the chance to truly savour the Spanish way of life.
We’re Dennis and Nasja, together with our two young daughters. We’ve been in love with Spain for years. The tapas, the atmosphere, the long evenings outdoors, the Spanish coast… as soon as we’re here, we switch straight into holiday mode. The moment we stepped into this flat, we knew straight away: this feels right. The view, the swimming pool and the tranquillity of the complex immediately made it feel like a holiday. We wanted to create a place here where not only we, but also our guests, can truly enjoy themselves.
We’ve furnished Casa Avina Bliss just as we like to spend our own holidays: warm, comfortable and with an eye for detail. The tranquil Japandi atmosphere instantly creates a sense of relaxation, whilst the flat feels both cosy and practical. It’s not your standard holiday flat, but a place where we’ve really paid attention to the little things.
Our favourite spot? Without a doubt, the two balconies. From here, you can look out over the swimming pool, the golf courses and the playground. Perfect for a quiet morning with a coffee in the sun or a long evening with a drink whilst the sky slowly turns orange.
As we’re a young family ourselves, we know how nice it is when lots of things are simply taken care of. That’s why we’ve deliberately added extra amenities to make your stay just that little bit easier and more relaxing. For example, we provide toys, children’s crockery, a camp cot, high chair(s), pushchairs and bikes with child seats for our guests. This means you don’t have to bring as much with you and can focus on enjoying your holiday.
We’ve also thought about your comfort and convenience. The flat has its own parking space in the car park beneath the complex, so you can always park easily and safely. In addition, the complex features a communal swimming pool, a playground and an outdoor gym. The flat is situated right next to La Serena Golf Course
Whether you’re coming to unwind completely, enjoy cycling or golf, spend quality time with your family or simply savour the Spanish way of life, Casa Avina Bliss is a place where you’ll soon feel at home.
In the surrounding area, you’ll find cosy restaurants, tapas bars, beaches and, of course, the Mar Menor with its warm, calm waters. Whether you want to get out and about, enjoy a good meal or simply soak up the peace and sunshine, you can do it all here.

A unique nature reserve featuring salt lakes, flamingos, dunes and walking trails. A wonderful spot for nature lovers and photographers.

A hidden gem in the region. Around this historic reservoir, you’ll find beautiful walking trails, impressive rock formations and plenty of peace and quiet in the heart of nature.
